Saturday

– Arrival Day

Warm goats cheese, roasted peppers and pine nut salad
Roast loin of pork with apple sauce, roast pots, roast root veg, jus
Fruit crumble with ice cream

Sunday

Banquet evening – Cheese fondue, cold meats, green salad, pasta or rice salad
Passionfruit sorbet and shortbread biscuits

Monday

Warm chicken liver, baby plum tomato, crouton, mixed salad
Baked fillet of salmon with hollandaise, wilted spinach, sauté pots
Crème brulée

Tuesday

Our famous banquet curry and quiz night.
Enjoy all the trimmings and the choice of a mild and hot curry that will tantalize
your taste buds. This is a great opportunity to grab a beer from the bar too!

Wednesday

Wednesday is the Chalet Staff Day Off, this is your opportunity to try out one of
the excellent restaurants in the village. Your Chalet Host will
be able to organise a booking for your group upon arrival.

Thursday

Watercress & blue cheese soup
Beef bourgignon in individual dishes with puff pastry on top, creamed spring onion mash and veg
Upside down ginger and pear tart

Friday

– The Last Evening
Linguine carbonara
Confit de canard or duck breast, fondant pots, carrots etc
Sticky toffee pudding
